What is a credit, exactly?+
One credit equals one cent of usage. Every Mari action has a transparent credit cost listed in the wallet. You always see what was charged and why.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits roll forward for two months, then expire. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrade takes effect next renewal so you keep the credits you already paid for.
What if I run out of credits?+
Mari pauses quietly and tells you. No surprise charges. You decide whether to top up or upgrade.
Is there a refund policy?+
Plan fees are refundable within 14 days if you have not used the included credits. Pay-as-you-go usage is final.
How does billing work for a company?+
Mari Business is a separate subscription with seats, projects and CRM. It bills the company, not the people. Personal Mari stays with each person, and contexts are kept apart.
Will the Founder rate really stay locked in?+
Yes. Sign up before late 2026 and the rate you pick today is the rate you pay, for as long as the subscription stays active.
What about Agents City?+
Agents City is included. Founder plans get earlier access and first picks in the Flows marketplace. Public gates open in late 2026.
